On average, members of our team have been with us for over 15 years and have more than 28 years of experience in loan portfolio management and trading. Since 1996 we have advised on more than 815 loan portfolio transactions with an aggregate principal amount of $41.4 billion.
We are a leader in the analysis, qualification and valuation of mortgages, mortgage servicing and real estate assets. We execute secondary market purchases, sales and securitization transactions for performing, sub-performing and non-performing residential, consumer, multi-family and commercial mortgage loans.
In addition to transaction marketing and management, we provide superior underwriting and delivery services. With our integrated computer systems, we analyze the servicing and supplemental loan databases, catalog underwriting and documentation information, and structure and price individual loans or pools of assets.
We provide quarterly, semi-annual and annual loan and servicing portfolio valuations, which include static cumulative life-of-loan loss analysis, as well as mark-to-market and/or mark-to-model valuations.
