Mr. Clark is a Principal of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., where he advises a broad range of financial institutions on strategic matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital financing. Mr. Clark has worked on many of the firm’s landmark mergers and capital raises.
Mr. Clark focuses on Sandler’s clients in the Southeastern and Northeastern United States though he has broad transaction experience nationwide. He also provides clients with strategic advisory, functioning as a primary resource in structuring and implementing complex capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Sandler O’Neill in 2003, Mr. Clark worked at Braun Consulting, where he assisted financial services companies with customer relationship management strategies.
Mr. Clark graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics with Honors. Mr. Clark played Varsity tennis at Harvard and represented his native New Zealand in the Davis Cup and remains an avid tennis player.
