Jerome C. Day, Jr. is a Principal of Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. He has worked with middle market commercial banks and thrifts for over 20 years, assisting them with balance sheet management and focusing on Asset/Liability modeling. He began his career at L.F. Rothschild & Co. in the Bank Service Group, and was previously a Senior Vice President of the Financial Institutions group at Tucker Anthony.

Mr. Day holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Investments from Babson College.
